Nel Laboratorio vengono svolte ricerche nell’ambito della psicologia positiva per la produzione di nuove metodologie di intervento in vari contesti in prospettiva preventiva, articolando la ricerca e gli interventi a livelli diversi di prevenzione (primaria, secondaria, e terziaria). Il laboratorio è rivolto inoltre allo studio dei processi di sostenibilità per offrire contributi alla Scienza della Sostenibilità in termini di studio dei processi psicologici della sostenibilità, contribuendo a definire ambiti di ricerca e intervento della Psicologia della Sostenibilità. |
In this Laboratory research is carried out within the framework of positive psychology, with the goal of informing and creating new intervention methods that can be applied in varied contexts and reflect different prevention approaches (primary, secondary, and tertiary). The Laboratory also focuses on the study of the sustainability processes to make contributions to the "Science of Sustainability" in terms of the study of the psychological processes of sustainability, helping to define the areas of research and intervention of Psychology of Sustainability. |
Le principali aree di ricerca sono le seguenti: psicologia positiva nei differenti contesti di vita con particolare riferimento alle organizzazioni per un gainful employment and life management; prevenzione per il successo individuale e organizzativo; valorizzazione dei talenti; Positive youth and adult development; il nuovo costrutto di Positive Lifelong Self and Relational Management; nuovi concetti positivi per il 21° secolo: dalla resilienza all’intelligenza emotiva, dalla Relational Theory of Working al decent work, alla dignità umana e allo sviluppo sostenibile, fino a esplorare il coraggio, la saggezza, la gratitudine e altri costrutti positivi nel benessere edonico ed eudaimonico; costruzione, applicazione e verifica di nuovi strumenti e interventi innovativi. Particolare attenzione è rivolta allo studio della sostenibilità progettuale, della sostenibilità relazionale, della healthy and sustainable quality of life, nei vari contesti di lavoro e di vita: persona e gruppo (famiglia, scuola, organizzazione, comunità, città, società…). The main areas of research are the following: positive psychology across different life contexts, particularly as related to organizations for a gainful employment and life management; prevention and promotion for individual and organizational well-being and success; development of talents; Positive youth and adult development; evaluation of the new construct of Positive Lifelong Self and Relational Management; investigation of additional positive concepts for the 21st century: including resilience and emotional intelligence, the Relational Theory of Working, decent work, human dignity and sustainable development, courage, wisdom, gratitude and other positive constructs in hedonic and eudaimonic well-being; and the construction, application and validation of new tools and innovative interventions. Particular attention is paid to the study of the project sustainability, the relational sustainability, healthy and sustainable quality of life, in different work contexts and life: individual and group (family, school, organization, community, cities, society ...). The framework is promoting good health and well-.being, decent work and sustainable development, peace, justice and strong and productive healthy organizations, institutions and environments |

Le ricerche condotte nel Laboratorio riguardano diversi target di studenti e lavoratori e di persone in transizione e utilizzano vari strumenti, interventi e metodologie. Si propongono di verificare relazioni, processi di causalità, mediazione tra le variabili oggetto di studio e di verificare l’efficacia degli interventi in una prospettiva quali+quanti. | The research carried out in the Laboratory focuses on varied popualations, including students, workers and persons engaged in life and work transitions, and applies various tools, interventions and methodologies. The research assesses relationships, processes of causality, mediation between variables under study, and seeks to verify the effectiveness of interventions in a quali+quanti perspective according to accountability principles. |

La One-Day International Conference "Humanitarian Work Psychology and Decent Work for All" IAAP Special Project "Promoting Decent Work for All” si terrà il 25 ottobre 2022 in modalità telematica. Questa conferenza è organizzata dal Dipartimento di Formazione, Lingue, Intercultura, Letterature e Psicologia (FORLILPSI) (Sezione di Psicologia) dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze. L'evento è incluso nel Progetto Internazionale IAAP "Promoting Decent Work for All" di cui abbiamo la responsabilità: https://iaapsy.org/policies-initiatives/.
