Oggetto e finalità Oggetto: Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni per l'orientamento professionale, il career counseling, il career development, i talenti e le organizzazioni sane (Work and Organizational Psychology for Vocational Guidance, Career Counseling, Career Development, Talents and Healthy Organizations); Decent Work/Decent Lives/Healthy Lives; Psicologia Positiva Cross-Culturale, Prevenzione e sostenibilità (Cross-Cultural Positive Psychology, Prevention, and Sustainability); Psychology of Sustainability and Sustainable Development. Finalità: Le finalità dell’Unità di Ricerca sono l’approfondimento e l’evoluzione delle conoscenze per l’intervento e il potenziamento delle risorse in ottica di prevenzione, non solo secondaria e terziaria ma anche prevenzione primaria, in relazione a work and organizational psychology, psychology of sustainability and sustainable development, decent work/decent lives/healthy lives, psychology of personality and individual differences, positive psychology, strength-based prevention and cross-cultural perspectives at work and in organizations |

Progetti in corso L’Unità di Ricerca è impegnata in numerosi progetti di ricerca relativi ai temi oggetto di studio. La struttura dell’Unità di Ricerca si inserisce sia nel Laboratorio internazionale di ricerca e intervento "Work and Organizational Psychology for Vocational Guidance, Career Counseling, Career Development, Talents and Healthy Organizations" (WOProCCareerT&HO) sia nel Laboratorio internazionale di ricerca e intervento "Cross-Cultural Positive Psychology, Prevention, and Sustainability" (CCrossPoPP&S) (responsabile Annamaria Di Fabio) del Dipartimento di Formazione, Lingue, Intercultura, Letterature e Psicologia (FORLILPSI) dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze. Il Laboratorio di ricerca e intervento WOProCCareerT&HO è stato invitato fin dal 2013 anno della sua fondazione a far parte della UNESCO Chair "Life long guidance and counseling" (fondata del prof. Jean Guichard) per la rete internazionale delle università scelte nel mondo per favorire il progresso sul tema dell'orientamento sotto il profilo dell'insegnamento, della formazione, della ricerca (dal 2013). Il laboratorio è anche membro dell’International Network “Life designing interventions lifelong for decent work and sustainable development” (UNITWIN) (dal 2017). Tra i progetti in corso più significativi si segnala nel 2022 la vincita relativa al progetto Spoke-10 Progetti Ecosistema dell’Innovazione THE – Tuscany Health Ecosystem (Fondi PNRR) con un contributo per UNIFI di circa 1.000.000.00 euro. Nel periodo di riferimento si segnala il progetto europeo “Serious games and guidance practices (JSPO)” (Erasmus + programme. Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices. Action: Strategic Partnership. Coordinatore Onisep Office National Information Ens, Parigi, Francia) (2018-2021) con un contributo per UNIFI di 35.668.00 euro (Budget totale del progetto: 197.247 euro). |
