Cross-culturality is understood to be:
a) a relational, construction dimension regarding the self, others, and gender from a social, historical, theoretical, and literary perspective, an interdisciplinary complex to interpret the phenomena of change that characterize our time;
b) a design dimension for the creation of spaces where comparison and dialogue between different languages, literatures and cultures are possible, within a democratic and inclusive society attentive to giving value to the contributions of minorities.
